What’s wrong with me?
You’re bombarded with images of what your life “should” be like everywhere you look.
You see everyone on Instagram, TikTok, and every other social app “living their best life” and thriving.
And there’s a constant voice in your head wondering why others seem to get through life so easily while you’re constantly struggling.
You feel disconnected from the world.
It’s like some invisible barrier separates you from everyone else.
You want to talk about how you’re feeling with someone, but you don’t think anyone would understand.
As a result, you grow ever more isolated as relationships with friends and family become distant.
Trying to ignore it isn’t working.
You do your best to distract yourself from what you’re feeling.
Endlessly doom-scrolling isn’t helping, and drinking is becoming less fun.
No matter how hard you try to hide from what you’re experiencing, it’s no use.
There is another way.
It’s time to develop a positive relationship with the most important person in your life – you.
Therapy provides a judgment-free zone where you can talk about whatever’s on your mind.
It’s a dedicated time to explore who you are and discover who you want to be.
Let’s work together to find the happiness you deserve.
Don’t wait any longer to start the next phase of your life.

Hi, I’m Megan.
I’m so glad you’re here. Like you, I’ve struggled with self-acceptance and feelings of inadequacy. I’ve been up at night with anxious thoughts, frustrated with the current state of my life. And I learned that therapy is not for “fixing” but for evolving.
My goal is to help you learn who you want to be and how to get there, not tell you what to do or how you should be. This is your life; you deserve to be in charge.
I believe we cannot compartmentalize our lives into “mental health” and “physical health.” It’s impossible to treat one without the other. As such, we’ll practice tools in our sessions, such as deep breathing, guided visualization, and mindful movement to reconnect your physical and mental selves for good.
When your body, mind, and heart are aligned, there’s no stopping you.
Heal your whole self.
Accept yourself for who you are right now,
not for who you think you should be.
